Private Duty Caregiver

Job Title:
Private Duty Caregiver, must maintain professional liability insurance.

**Duties**:

- Assist client with activities of daily living
- Assist client with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
- Assist with meal preparation
- Assist with light household chores
- Transport client to medical appointments, outings and errands as needed
- Medication reminders
- Provide written and/or verbal documentation as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients family and /or care team
- Assist client with transfers

**Requirements**:

- must maintain professional liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow established protocols and guidelines.
- Ability to maintain general liability insurance.

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
