**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist/Client Coordinator/Office Manager. This role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, and supporting the overall administrative functions of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visitor Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients and guests.
- **Phone and Mail Management**:

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with managing day-to-day operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Handle appointment scheduling and rebooking, follow up with clients, and manage client inquiries.
- **Customer Service**:

- Implement and maintain the highest standards of customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service skills.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Sales Management**:

- Possess sales management skills to drive revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
- Handle cash register transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- **Industry Experience**:

- Preferred experience in the med spa or related field.
- **Social Media Participation**:

- Regularly participate in creating, editing, and engaging with social media content to promote our services and enhance our online presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a receptionist, client coordinator, or office manager role, preferably in the med spa or a similar field.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Proficient in handling administrative tasks and using office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to actively participate in social media content creation and engagement.

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
