We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products
- Provide exceptional customer service and building relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales track record
- Execute day-to-day operational activities to support company's goals
- Represent our clients and our company in a respectful manner

**Basic Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must love to speak to customers face to face
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Great communication skills
- Self-Driven personality
- Bilingual (**Spanish preferred**)
- Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment
