**General Summary**:Under general supervision, performs a variety of responsible technical, administrative and paraprofessional duties in support of the department operation or assigned project.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assists with office and administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports and other communication materials, responding to customers and the pubic
- Archive and maintain data
- Coordinates logistics for a variety of processes, activities and meetings
- Conducts and responds to surveys and prepares related reports
- Performs data queries within the departments various databases and produces reports
- Participates in the preparation of material for newspapers, publications and/or websites

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience
