St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to join its Information Technology Services (ITS) team. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's endpoint infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint devices. This role also involves ensuring the security, availability, and performance of endpoint devices, as well as providing technical support to end-users.

Specific responsibilities:
Monitor and manage endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, and patch management. Collaborate with Information Security Analyst to remediate workstation vulnerabilities. - 30%

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Manage and maintain virtual desktop environments. - 20%

Develop and maintain endpoint management policies, procedures, and technical documentation. - 5%

Provide backup support for User Experience, including but not limited to service desk, computer refresh, classrooms, and infrastructure. - 5%

Perform additional duties as assigned and attend College required training. Regular attendance is required. Work in a manner that is aware of personal safety and the safety of others and observes safety, health and sanitation codes, regulations, or practices required by the College or governmental authority.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- 2 year degree in information technology or related business field

Experience and Credentials
- Minimum 2 years experience in endpoint management, including device and software deployment, security, and support- Strong technical knowledge of endpoint operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux- Strong knowledge of Android and iOS devices, including, tablets and smartphones- Experience using SCCM, Intune, and/or Jamf Pro desired- Experience with Microsoft Bitlocker, FileVault, and or JSS/Mac desired- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Group Policy desired- Industry certifications for software/hardware maintenance and support (i.e. CompTIA, Apple, Google) desired- Working knowledge of PowerShell

Working Conditions:
Regular work hours are M - F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm working on campus. This position is expected to work on campus on a regular basis and is eligible to participate in a Hybrid Work and Flexible Schedules. Approval of Flexible Work Arrangements are at the discretion of the department supervisor to ensure that the needs of the department and college are met. Weekends or evenings as required for after-hours events and technical needs. Occasional travel for professional development.
