**PT/OT Aide: Perfect position for students interested in Physical/Occupational Therapy**

Hand Rehabilitation Specialists (The Hand & Upper Extremity Center) is a private physical therapy and occupational therapy clinic with offices located in Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley.We are currently seeking a friendly "people person" interested in the medical or therapy field with a professional demeanor who is able to multi-task and is computer literate. We are willing to train. The position involves working side by side with a registered therapist assisting in the set ups and monitoring exercise programs with patients and general office duties.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:
2. Provides manual, electrical, or temperature related modalities under the supervision of therapist

3. Assists therapists in set-up and treatment of patients.

4. Provide assistance to front office staff in answering phones, scheduling patients,pulling and stamping charts, etc.

5. Typing, Filing and organization of patient charts.

Schedule: 4 hr shifts available, 6 hr shifts available, 8 hr shifts available

No Weekends, No Night shifts, No Holidays

Work Location: In person
