Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary duties will include scanning valid ID's, monitoring lobby and parking lot, and enforcing security protocols.

Currently we are looking for employees for 12 hour shifts for days on FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS with opportunities for additional hours filling in for call-outs.

**Duties**:

- Monitor lobby and parking lot to detect any suspicious activity
- Patrol the premises on foot to ensure the security of the property
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
- Investigate and report any incidents or violations
- Enforce access control procedures, including verifying identification and issuing visitor passes
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and employees with any security-related concerns

**Skills**:

- NJ-CRC certification required (when hired)
- Knowledge of militarized security procedures and practices
- Familiarity with law enforcement regulations and protocols
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Experience in loss prevention strategies and techniques
