**ERP Administrator**

This position is with Fabreeka, a Stabilus owned company, which is located in Stoughton, MA. Fabreeka brings nearly a century of experience providing vibration isolation and shock control solutions for customers worldwide.

**Job Summary**:
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, database administration, report writing, data analytics of a Macola ES/EM10 installation that serves two domestic and two international sites as well as some local IT support.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Develops and maintains ERP system and 3rd party interfaces.
- Document existing systems and future systems as implemented.
- Provides desktop support to local site (Stoughton, MA)
- Provide resolution for support tickets.
- Works with clients to evaluate and solve technical issues.
- Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system changes.
- Perform other ad hoc reporting or projects as requested.

**Education, Training, Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Systems.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience with Macola ES/EM10 helpful, but not required.

**Job Knowledge and Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills to handle project management.
- Has prior experience in ERP implementations?
- Has high computer literacy to use PC, MS Office and ERP systems.
- Has experience in Crystal Reports and SSRS report writing.
- Has experience in T-SQL, VBA,.NET.
- Has excellent data entry skills with high key stroke accuracy.
- Has a good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal customers, both foreign and domestic.
- Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, as required.
- Ability to think in and understand business processes.

**Working Conditions**:

**Accountability**:

- Responsible to follow all Fabreeka procedures and technical guidelines as well as adhere to customer requirements.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
