**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work or Mental Health related field required. AMFT or ACSW with current California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) Registration; LMFT or LCSW license or license eligible preferred.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Train new program staff on DMH documentation requirements and utilization of the EHRS.
- Provide staff meeting refresher trainings to program staff as needed.
- Oversee and supervise QA Administrative/Coordinator staff across multiple campuses.
- Oversee administrative QA staff review/approval of notes and scanning of forms.
- Provide ongoing training to QA team members on DMH requirements and new workflows.
- Develop workflows and oversee staff access to various County portal systems including SAR, Provider Connect, OMA, Safety Intelligence, NAPPA, SRTS, etc.
- Develop and supervise QA/QI protocols for the agency that address contract compliance, documentation requirements, quality of services, as well as conduct internal program auditing and responding to external audits, site visits, and program reviews.
- Oversee Medi-Cal Recertification process for all sites.
- Oversee DMH reporting of SRL/CSI data.
- Assist QA/QI Director in producing QA and QI program data reports. Develop and implement agency QI projects to address CARF QI elements i.e. length of treatment, timeliness, efficiency, effectiveness, access, and satisfaction. Expert in utilization of Excel to track agency and DMH related Welligent program reports. Responsible for customization of new reports necessary for more efficient implementation of program operations.
- Represent the agency at various DMH, ACHSA, and QA meetings in the community.
- Conduct all functions in accordance with Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.

**Salary Range**:$75,000 - $80,000
