- 2+ years of previous Data Center Operations experience (racking & stacking devices, cable management, hot & cold aisle containment knowledge).
- Experience with troubleshooting server devices and understanding key functions of internal outer components.
- A technical degree, or equivalent experience in an IT related field Ability to take direction from Sr staff and management
- Ability to work tickets in a ticketing system and provide details and have a keen sense of detail.
- Testing and troubleshooting of both copper and optical fiber installations
