MUST HAVE VASCULAR EXPERIENCE

First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y
Certs REQ:

- BLS
- RDCS preferred
- RCS or RVS preferred
Weekend REQ: (Y/N) Y - every other weekend or a total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period. TBD by unit’s needs.
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Y - Weekend call rotation 5:30p-7a, Weekday call rotation: midnight - 7a
Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Y - Dual Registered Echo and Vascular Sonographer
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): TBD by need
Pending License accepted: N - Florida State or compact license required at time of submission
RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. RTO will not be accepted after offer.
Special Requirements:

- VASCULAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Echo Procedure experience required:
Contrast Agents
Bubble Study
RIT/RVOT
TEE
3/D Echo (preferred)
- PACS experience required
- Phillips experience required
- Community Hospital Experience required

Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital
Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Level III Adult
Total Staffed Beds: 120
Scrub Color: Scrubs are not provided for any unit at this hospital (including OR and L&D). Solid-colored scrubs (no mixing, must have matching top and bottoms). No logos or prints.
- RRT: Royal Blue
- All Other Units/Specialties: Any color
Charting: Sunrise - no experience required.
Parking Cost: Free with decal, given at orientation.
