**Description**
**Primary responsibilities include**:
- Executes a wide range of system processing to facilitate the setup and activation of all products and services offered to Private Bank clients across Treasury solutions, Digital platforms, and Deposit products.
- Acts as a highly proficient Subject Matter Expert holistically across the entire suite of products and services leveraged by Private Bank clients.
- Deliver holistic and comprehensive support to all aspects of client relationships, including but not limited to personal, business and fiduciary.
- Manage the onboarding and related support activities for new and existing client relationships, tailoring each client’s solutions in a way that optimizes the client experience while exceeding expectations and mitigating risk.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring effective coordination among departments.
- Identify and drive opportunities to continuously improve technology, processes, and products in a way that improves the client and colleague experience and enhances the reputation of Citizens Private Bank and Citizens Financial Group.
- Act as an integral member of the broader Citizens Private Bank team, assuring the ability for Citizens Private Bank to consistently deliver extraordinary client experiences and exceed client expectations.
**Qualifications**:
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years relevant banking experience with an operations or customer service team.
- Ability to plan and prioritize high volume workload to meet critical SLAs.
- Exceptional ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy under mínimal supervision.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with an ability to adapt and tailor messaging to different audiences (Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, and/or Client).
- Ability to understand technical aspects of product/service, both from a functionality perspective but also from an operations/setup perspective and be able to articulate it to less technical audiences (Client, Sales, Management)
- 3+ years of experience utilizing strong project management skills (or equivalent) with the ability to manage deliverables from multiple partners and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment.
- Strong influencing skills, able to develop relationships with business partners to ensure objectives are met and client has best possible experience.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent)
**Hours & Work Schedule**:
Hours: 40/week
Schedule: Mon - Fri, TBD as may need to cover Pacific Time
**Pay Transparency**
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
