As a Content Creator at Eustis Roofing Company, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality content to engage our audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. Leveraging your creative skills and expertise in content creation, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and storytelling efforts across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative content strategies to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Produce compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content that aligns with brand messaging and positioning.
- Create multimedia content, including videos, photos, graphics, and other visual assets, to showcase our products, services, and projects.
- Manage content calendars, schedules, and publishing workflows to ensure timely delivery and optimization of content.
- Analyze content performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum impact.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality content and achieving results against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with multimedia content creation, including video production, photography, and graphic design. Experience with podcast production is a plus.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience supporting larger marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Ability to provide market analysis and strategic insights to inform content strategy and decision-making.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the roofing or construction industry.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Certifications in content creation, social media marketing, or related fields.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,142.00 per year
