The Opportunity:
Your Skill Set:

- As the incoming Kindergarten Teacher, you will possess many, though perhaps not all, of the following characteristics and qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university, including coursework in first and second language acquisition.
- ** High levels or native language proficiency in Spanish and English, including listening, speaking, reading, grammar and writing (required).**:

- Familiarity with and appreciation of Kindergarten students, their needs, and interests.
- Previous and successful experience working in a multicultural environment and demonstrated implementation of culturally responsive practices that includes students from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Required Massachusetts Certification: Early Childhood PreK-2; ESL PreK-6; Foreign Language (Spanish) Certification PreK-6, with appropriate courses in the instruction of young children.
