**Salary: $32.00 - $40.00 / hr**

**Job Summary**:
Northeast Contracting Corporation is seeking a dedicated and highly experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman with a working team of at least seven skilled commercial roofing installers to join our company. You will lead the team on installation, repair, and replacement of roofing systems. This role involves overseeing crew members, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards on job sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee roofing crews in the installation, repair, and replacement of various Commercial Roofing Systems.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Supervise crew members, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Inspect job sites regularly to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers to address any issues or concerns.
- Manage materials, equipment, and inventory to ensure efficient use and proper maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including timekeeping, materials used, and project progress.
- Provide support and assistance to crew members as needed to ensure project success.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ Years Experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman or in a similar leadership role.
- Extensive installation and repair knowledge and experience with; Single Ply, SBS Modified Bitumen, (Cold Adhesive, Torch Applied, Hot Applied), and other commercial roofing systems, roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and general Roofing installation tools.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- OSHA certification preferred.
