- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.

**qualifications and skills**:

- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state.
- years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a LTC.
- Strong understanding of hospital safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in team settings as well as independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
