**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional guest service in our establishment. **Responsibilities**: - Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately - Assisting in preparing dining areas and ensuring cleanliness - Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery - Providing excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing customer concerns - Assisting in basic food preparation tasks when needed **Requirements**: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant software is a plus - Willingness to assist in various kitchen duties such as cooking or banquet setup - Flexibility to work in a hotel or banquet setting is desirable

Pay: $13.81 - $15.77 per hour

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends

Ability to Relocate:

- East Dundee, IL 60118: Relocate before starting work (required)
