Here at Diligent Delivery Systems, we provide top-quality service to a wide range of loyal customers, and we need a reliable and enthusiastic driver to join our delivery team. As a Medical Supplies Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders efficiently and on time.

**Requirements**:

- Drivers will be using (Company Vans)**
- Excellent geographical knowledge of the local area
- Must have a smartphone with GPS and be able to navigate your delivery area.
- Physical Demands: The employee is frequently required to stand and walk as well as lift, carry or push objects such as Medical Supplies, and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, or kneel.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Driver experience preferred, but not required.
- Dependable and responsible individual with excellent customer service skills.
- Good standing driving record: Valid DL, Insurance, and 3-year motor vehicle report.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport medical items to our customers within the designated area
- Maintain an organized delivery schedule to ensure prompt deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with any inquiries or concerns
- Receiving medical items and understanding instructions from the healthcare facility
- Ensuring that medical items are securely stored in the delivery vehicle
- Ensuring that the documentation corresponds to each item
- Ensuring that all documentation is credible and accurate
- Ensuring the punctual collection and delivery of medical items from the healthcare facility
- Accurately counting and taking inventory of medical items to be collected or delivered
- Performing all duties within HIPAA regulations

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Social Security card
- Must be 21 years or older
