**Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - NOC Shift**

**Qualifications**:

- Current, unrestricted RN license in CA.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide quality patient care independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other healthcare team members

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care and nursing services during the night shift, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents
- Assess patients' condition and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as needed
