Duties
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan and under the supervision of a RCFE Administrator.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist residents with medication reminders and documentation
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for the residents.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience and or desire to work in a home care setting.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards the residents and their home.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism

Please note that this position requires working with individuals with memory care, general geriatric car, and possible hospice care.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
