**Your Essential Role**

**Availability**:

- Required to work a weekend day weekly, at least three shifts per week, including holidays. Additionally, be prepared for at least one closing shift per week, with the possibility of working as late as 1 am._

**Knowledge and Essential Ice Cream Skills**:
