**Job Position - Vinyl Graphic Installer**

Richco is a specialist flooring company based in Ocoee, FL. We mainly work within the themed industry (theme parks, aquarium, and various attractions). We are looking for a vinyl graphic installer to join our team.

Must be highly organized and be able to install the vinyl graphics from a detailed site plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- To work with the printing team to co-ordinate site map for installation.
- To plot vinyl media to the exaction locations following a detailed site plan.
- To cut / trim vinyl media as necessary and place into position ready for installation.
- To prep the floor surface ready for the graphic installation.
- To install vinyl graphic media onto a prepared floor surface.
- This is an important role in getting the vinyl media installed as per the site plan in the correct orientation without mistakes.
- To dispose of all trimmed and excess material
- To keep the working area clean & tidy at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Position Requirements**
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in vinyl graphic installations to various substrates.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to follow site plans with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must have basic construction knowledge (to work in a construction environment)
- Be able to stand, bend or kneel for long periods of time.
- Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours, i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts.
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.
- Must have a valid and clean driver’s license.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with local laws/regulations.

**Job Type**:Full Time (40 Hours per Week)

$22-$26 hourly pay + Time & half pay for weekly hours over forty.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
