**About the Role**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome prospective residents to the property, providing them with a tour of the community and available units
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity, including traffic, leasing status, and market surveys
- Assist with resident retention programs and initiatives, ensuring that residents are satisfied with their living experience
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property and surrounding area, including local schools, shopping, and entertainment options

**Skills**:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will utilize your exceptional communication and customer service skills on a daily basis. You will also need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Additionally, you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software will be essential to your success in this role.
