**SALES MANAGER**

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in the food service sales industry with a focus on attaining new customers, taking care of our existing customers to generate and increase revenues. You should also be available to work a flexible schedule and perform other duties as requested.

**MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully by implementing sales strategies required in maximizing returns.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage regular patronage and future business deals.
- Research to identify ways to increase customer base, conducting analysis to evaluate current client base and identifying changes/trends.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Prepare and distribute promotional and advertisement materials to create awareness for Sanwa Food Group products/services.
- Organize on and off-site client entertainment to increase awareness of our products.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct at all times when dealing with clients, guests etc.
- Submit weekly Sales & Marketing activity reports to the COO.
- Negotiating contracts/pricing with clients and ensuring terms are met by both parties
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Defining and executing territory sales plans

**YOU'LL ALSO NEED TO BE ABLE TO**:

- Lift to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and service standards
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Effective communication skills
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- 2 plus years’ experience in sales role| 2 plus years’ experience in retail, food service & customer service

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Must have High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in sales desirable.
- Must have at least two years or prior experience in food service industry.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
- Must have an outgoing, enthusiastic personality.
- Must have professional business attitude and appearance.
- Bi-Lingual preferred
