**Responsibilities**:

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Manage document management systems to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of information
- Prepare and proofread legal correspondence and reports
- Assist in the preparation for trial, including organizing exhibits and other trial materials
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and answering phone calls

**Skills**:

- Strong writing skills to draft legal documents and correspondence accurately
- Knowledge of paralegal procedures and practices
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Attention to detail for proofreading legal documents for accuracy
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using various resources
- Familiarity with document management systems to efficiently handle large volumes of information
- Ability to assist attorneys in preparing for litigation, including gathering evidence and organizing trial materials
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
