**Position Summary**:
Provides first level help desk support and computer training for the organization. Works with the rest of the IT department on upgrades and software rollouts, occasionally working after hours on these roll-outs.

**Key Responsibilities and key Functions**:

Assesses and resolves employee computer and mobile device problems.
- Be the manager of the help desk by monitoring incoming tickets, acting on and/or assigning/escalating to the appropriate IT department member.
- Provides Level I computer and technology support to the organization (both on-site and remotely to branch offices and construction sites), utilizing remote support tools and phone calls.
- Provides technology training to company employees as needed.
- Installs and configures software, laptops, and mobile devices for end users.
- Work on projects as assigned such as large-scale software installations by coordinating with end users, scheduling appointments, etc.
- For copiers and printers, provides basic troubleshooting, places service calls, replaces and orders toner cartridges and maintains toner inventory.
- Provides new employee technology orientation and setup.
- Performs changes when needed in systems such as Active Directory, Okta, Office 365 and Zoom.

- 1+ year of relevant support experience
- A passion for technology with experience in Microsoft Office and Windows 10/11
- A strong dedication to good customer service and problem resolution
- Work independently as well as in collaboration with others
- Display a sense of urgency
- Be flexible and juggle multiple priorities
- Work in a fast-paced environment
