**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- No experience in Property Maintenance required, just a jack of all trades/painter/handy man who loves to work hard and be reliable and dependable.
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong mechanical, plumbing and electrical experience
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner
- Make Readies
- Maintaining grounds
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Complete quarterly preventative maintenance program
- Inventory Control
- Ability to be on call and respond quickly to calls
- Snow removal
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- Assist in managing 3rd party vendors including gathering bids for projects
