Hospital Security Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your duties will include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents as needed.
**Duties**:
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to detect and prevent security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of all individuals on site
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures is essential
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and techniques is a plus
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with clients, employees, and visitors
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally is crucial
