Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This position requires expertise in critical care, ophthalmology, and primary care. Responsibilities: - Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments on patients - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor - Assist with minor surgical procedures, including suturing - Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth - Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting - Experience in critical care, ophthalmology, and primary care is highly preferred - Proficient in medical coding and documentation practices - Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) procedures Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse license in [state] - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers - Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience level - Comprehensive health insurance coverage - Retirement savings plan - Paid time off and holidays If you are a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
