Ziglift Material Handling is one of the nation’s leading independent warehouse storage solutions companies. We have an immediate opening for an Invoicing Specialist to join our team. Ziglift has six locations in four states that specialize in providing innovative and cost-effective storage solutions for our customers.

The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of invoices for our organization. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Utilize knowledge of accounting principles to maintain accurate and current customer files in QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with AR processes for a Multi-State Operation including Sales Tax/Avalara
- Review and verify the accuracy of invoices according to client-driven guidelines.
- Ensure timely billing of invoices and reconcile final payments to sales orders.
- Enter invoice data accurately into our system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all invoices and related documentation.
- Create reports needed to reconcile various accounts and problem solve for discrepancies.
- Generate and distribute invoices promptly to clients.
- Monitor outstanding payments and work with accounts receivable team to follow up.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, organize effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment and building positive relationships with colleagues.
- Provide support and guidance to finance team members as needed, assisting with other projects.

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent is required, a college degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an invoicing or accounts payable role, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in problem solving.
- Able to work across several departments with a positive team attitude.
- Proficiency with Ten Key, QuickBooks ERP System and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: One Location
