**Hill International is seeking a Scheduler in Los Angeles, California**
- Reviews and analyzes contractor’s schedules for contract compliance, writes and reviews comments, updates staff on contractor’s performance, and evaluates time impacts
- Develop and maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work, as required
- Develop and analyze man-hour resources, equipment resources and cost loaded, time phased schedules
- Prepare detailed plans and time scaled charts and diagrams
- Monitor project progress against an established baseline
- Provide impact analysis of schedule changes, identify schedule variances and opportunities and proactively develop mitigation strategies for the Project Management team
- Maintain simplified logic schedules to highlight status of key interfaces for critical path review
- Provide progress reporting documents and briefing materials as required. Develop creative reporting tools to communicate complex project sequencing and/or progress assessments
- 3-10 years of scheduling experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
- Relevant Professional Licensure & Certifications are strongly-preferred
- Requires intermediate use of Oracle Primavera Software, along with related software tools such as Schedule Analyzer, Microsoft Project, Claims Digger, etc.
- Demonstrated experience completing forensic schedule analyses of the design and construction of large-scale, complex heavy civil, vertical and horizontal projects, particularly for assessment of delay claims and potential owner’s liabilities
- Demonstrated experience scheduling for multiple concurrent and interrelated projects
- Demonstrated experience in probabilistic scheduling and project/program schedule risk analysis
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and schedule related information in oral and written form to non-expert audiences
- Hands-on experience with creating dashboards and graphic reports for program/projects progress and performance
- Prior experience in aviation and large transportation projects, is highly desirable
- Proven accuracy, reliability, and completeness in job accomplishment

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$115,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
