At Len Stoler, we understand that the first impression can make all the difference. We are seeking a dynamic, professional Corporate Receptionist to be the welcoming initial point of contact for our clients and guests. This role is pivotal in shaping our company's image and enhancing the client experience through exemplary service and attention to detail.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; one Saturday a month is required and a day off during the week will be given.

**Receptionist Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person, office, department.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing, etc.

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer focused attitude.
