Our AVONDALE location is GROWING Looking to fill a Full-Time semi-remote position We are in search of applicants based out of AZ or willing to relocate, as this position involves in-person visits 3 days per week.

**AM Nutrition Services is currently hiring for our busy Avondale location This position offers a dietitian a large variety of ages and conditions for outpatient MNT counseling**

**Position will begin Telehealth/virtual sessions with patients due to COVID19. When restrictions are lifted, clinic sessions will resume.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Essential Functions:

- Prepare patient charts for daily appointments; schedule follow up appointments
- Review all patient correspondence
- Perform counseling session from program workbook and PowerPoint
- Complete Progress Note for each patient

**Qualifications and Skills**

Desired Qualifications:

- Registered Dietitian in good standing with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition with associated dietetic internship required
- One year experience in clinical, renal, DM management or eating disorder field preferred
- Personable, friendly, punctual, and dependable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team oriented, professional, motivated, and energetic with an interest in health and fitness
- Computer proficient (primarily Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat).
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
