- Load and unload goods from the vehicle using appropriate equipment
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with customer requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors regarding delivery schedules, delays, or other issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to operate a forklift is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading
