Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Basic culinary knowledge is an asset
