**Millwork Estimator**

**Job Overview**:
As a Millwork Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring efficient project management. Your expertise in millwork estimating will be key in driving our success in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Compile project specifications and materials requirements.
- Procure pricing for millwork, casework, trims, and doors.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate estimates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing.

- Ability to read architectural and millwork shop drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
