We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator for our MEdSpa. As our clients' first point of contact, you will be crucial in providing exceptional customers and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This is a **Hybride Role.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer the telephone cheerfully and book appointments professionally.
- Monitor and manage online inquiries. Respond to inquiries on time.
- Track and document all the inquiries from phone to electronic submissions.
- Manage and track patient reviews.
- Prepare monthly reports on consult conversions and other tracking measures
- Assist in social media planning calendars, which include patient consent, calendars, and idea generation.
- Assist in content creation.
- Greet visitors and make them feel welcomed
- Assist other team members with admin tasks of all kinds and be able to step in whenever assistance is needed.
- Understanding and respecting patient privacy laws (HIPPA).
- Accepting payments and entering them into patient accounts.
- Consistent cross-training for optimal career growth.

**Qualifications**:

- MINIMUM TWO-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN A MEDSPA, CLINIC or PHYSICIAN PRACTICE.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly and politely on the phone.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Marketing and Sales experience preferred.
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Quick leader with ability to learn various software quickly.
- Reassuring and calm attitude with busy phones while multi-tasking

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
