Pm Baker

**jina bakes is a French Korean bakery in Japantown, San Francisco. We are looking to hire a passionate baker to laminate and do **production **.**

*
Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum of one year of baking/pastry experience in a professional environment *
- Some experience with laminating is great but not required.

- **Must be able to work 12:30pm-9pm (Monday-Friday)**:

- **Responsible for laminating, cutting/shaping croissants and production.**:

- Ability to work efficiently and have attention to detail
- Be organized
- Good communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out the trash, etc
- Reliable
- Must have food Handler’s Certification
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
