At Chick-fil-A, Team Leaders are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Team Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager; following established opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Overseeing and leading the specific and general duties in the restaurant
- Provide and serve as an example of Second Mile Service
- Continuously improve and ensure Operational Excellence
- Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
- Running a Shift in the kitchen and all the job descriptions associated with it
- Coaching team members in proper procedures and customer relations
- Ensure everyone is displaying a professional attitude at all times

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Genuine desire to serve people
- Expect a quick-paced work environment in which we deliver an elevated dining experience to our guests
- Be courteous and polite: "please, excuse me" and "my pleasure" when interacting with guests.
- Be a person who is able to consistently exhibit the core behaviors that Chick-fil-A is known for: creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically and staying connected with guests.
- Be someone who exhibits Second Mile Service - is genuine, proactive and personal with our guests.
- Have a willingness to learn new tasks - a teachable spirit
- Have a passion for organization and attention to detail
- Excel with systematic follow through and auditing skills
- Be a person that can demonstrate taking initiative in any situation, proactively anticipating guest needs.
- Be a hard worker that is able to multitask and perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
