Visual Merchandiser

The Visual Merchandiser is critical in ensuring we meet that goal, by implementing the visual merchandising strategy. This person creates appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

What your day will look like:

- Responsible for the overall presentation of the showroom - Executes floor set changes including new and discontinued items - Managers inventory to discourage overages and shortages - Assists in fostering an energetic and positive working environment - Listens to the customers’ needs and presents possible options

What will help you succeed:

- Possesses a strong sense of style and ability to create visually appealing displays - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience - Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and team members - Track record of serving others and putting team goals first - Owners’ mindset; takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility - Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
