Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital care
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in Medical/Surgical nursing preferred
- Proficiency in Triage, Case Management, and HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with CT scans, Mammography, Ventilation procedures, Memory Care, Dementia Care, Spinal Tap procedures
