This position is primarily responsible for the timely and efficient delivery and pick up of all equipment, parts and materials for all departments including warranty and returns; to process paperwork and properly dispose of scrap equipment or materials from jobsites; to assist in staging jobs or projects and the recovery of equipment. And to conduct facility and vehicle maintenance, restocking or replenishing parts and materials purchased or returned from jobs.

**Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00 per/hr**

**Responsibilities**:

- Timely and accurate delivery of jobs to assigned jobsites
- Pickup parts, materials and equipment from vendors or suppliers including paperwork
- Delivery warranty or return items to appropriate vendor and return signed paperwork
- Adhere to daily scheduling for loading, delivery and trash pickups of all jobs or projects
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and warehouse delivery vehicles
- Assist in processing used condensing units, refrigerant jugs, furnaces, and other scrap for jobsites
- Conduct facility and vehicle maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of facility grounds and parking lots
- Keep in communication with warehouse staff and technicians
- Assist with other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid, Clean Driver’s license
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. at times.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
