Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Assist with concierge services such recommending local attractions
- Handle phone calls and reservations with courtesy and efficiency

**Skills**:

- Experience in front desk operations or hotel management preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Knowledge of resort or hospitality industry practices
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with diverse guests

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
