We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our B2B business. **Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
**Skills**:
- Strong technical sales skills, including knowledge of electronics and wireless products
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven ability to upsell and drive sales
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, especially in jewelry or electronics sales
