**Position: Outside Sales Representative**

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team For over 40 years, we have provided complete exterior remodeling products and installation including wood & vinyl windows, residential doors, closet organizers & awnings, etc. This gives the Sales Representative the opportunity to develop a long-term relationship with the customer. We only work with the best manufacturers providing the highest quality products. If you are eager, learn fast and can hit the ground running, this is the opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Run in-home leads and make presentations of our products and services
- Become knowledgeable in all the products and services we offer
- Maintain a strong and accurate follow-up system
- Prompt attendance on all appointments, presenting a neat and professional appearance
- Accurately price jobs with varying degrees of complexity and discretion
- Clear communication of all necessary information on all contracts

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, in-home preferred
- Commission and bonus motivated
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
