**Join our Team as our Fitness Manager**

As a Fitness Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our training programs, responsible for sales (acquiring and retaining training members), leadership (managing trainers), and operations (organization and programming). Your role is pivotal in creating an exceptional member experience, where enthusiasm, motivation, and a dedication to member success are paramount.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead by example: Be the face of our program, embodying our values and inspiring our team to excel.
- Drive sales: Convert trial members into long-term training members.
- Enhance retention: Provide outstanding service, manage the program effectively, and implement proactive follow-up strategies.
- Lead and manage: Mentor and develop trainers, maintain high standards, and ensure the department operates smoothly.
- Deliver exceptional service: Address member concerns promptly, provide support, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Program excellence: Assist in programming, create engaging content, and manage training equipment effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
