Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menu items and ensure consistent food quality
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
- Train and develop kitchen personnel on proper food handling techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to design seasonal menus
- Oversee special events such as banquets or catering functions

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with industry best practices in food preparation and presentation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment while upholding quality standards
- Certification from a culinary school or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $20.91 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 50 per week
