Construction Office Administrator

Orlando, United States Paramount Plumbing, Inc. Full time

Subcontractor seeking a highly dependable, full time office administrator for busy fast-paced office. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining job files, proposal preparation, NTO filings, permitting and inspection scheduling, and certified payroll. Must have specific relevant experience and knowledge, have the ability to work both independently as well as support our construction team and immediately be able to recognize challenges and take control of problem resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create and maintain job files
- Prepare contract paperwork (insurance certificates, lien waivers, NTOs, signed subcontracts)
- Prepare Proposals and Change Orders
- Purchase Order distribution and reconciliation
- Work cooperatively with co-workers, clients, and vendors
- Permitting and Inspection scheduling
- Certified Payroll

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 5+ years CONSTRUCTION office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks Online and ProCore
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
- Self starter with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities; Deadline-driven
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills; Problem recognition and resolution
- Team player
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written
- Highly dependable

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
