You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the operation managers shoulders. We are looking for someone friendly, well-spoken and well-organized with great attention to detail. Experience with third party financing (Care Credit/Lending Club) is a plus.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing their concerns
- Assist with dental administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other dental staff
- Educate patients on dental procedures, treatment options, and payment plans
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance information
- Use third party financing to help patients close their treatment cases
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Requirements**:

- 2 years experience in Dental Treatment planning required
- Strong knowledge of the dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and dental staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and billing information
- Must speak fluently English and Spanish
- Experience with ortho is a plus
