**Home Healthcare Agency Assistant Manager**

**Our Company**

Senior Pros is a leading home healthcare agency dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support our agency operations and ensure we continue to deliver the highest quality service.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Agency Manager with all operational aspects, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Contribute to developing, implementing, and monitoring client care plans, collaborating with nurses, therapists, and home health aides.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of caregivers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Work directly with Caregivers to schedule clients, provide case notes and feedback from Caregiver and clients.
- Assist with client intake, assessments, and discharges, maintaining seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure AHCA compliance.
- Build relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and social workers.
- Willingness to be on call after hours and on weekends as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home healthcare or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to listen and react to the concerns of Caregivers and clients.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (a plus).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and similar software products.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- CNA or HHA certification a plus.
